Mr. Hu xiao from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2001 with a Bachelor's degree in Law and obtained a Master's degree in Law from East China University of Political Science and Law and a Doctorate degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University. Mr. Hu has been the legal advisor of China Cinda Asset Management Co.
Mr. Hu has accumulated rich and valuable experience in legal practice and theoretical research over the years, and his main areas of practice are corporate practice, financial services, litigation and arbitration. In the area of corporate practice, Mr. Hu has provided comprehensive legal services for the production and operation, corporate governance, asset restructuring, investment and financing as well as dispute resolution (including litigation and arbitration) of large and medium-sized enterprises in China. He has an advanced legal service concept for the production and operation of energy enterprises and public utilities. In the financial field, Mr. Hu specializes in banking business and has practical experience in bank credit business and related legal litigation, and has provided legal services to a large number of domestic and foreign commercial banks in respect of loans, non-performing assets handling and litigation.
